Disconnect Garmin Connect™
- In the RAZA app go to Profile → Devices → Garmin and tap Disconnect.
- Or, in Garmin Connect, open connected apps settings and remove RAZA.
We stop receiving data immediately, revoke access and delete data obtained from Garmin within 30 days.
Disconnect Strava, Apple Health or Health Connect
- Strava: app Profile → Devices → Strava → Disconnect, or Strava Settings → My Apps.
- Apple Health: iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → RAZA.
- Health Connect: Android Health Connect → App permissions → RAZA.
Delete your account and all data
- In the app: Profile → Privacy → Delete my account.
- Without app access, email privacidad@somosraza.com from your registered address with the subject “Delete my RAZA account”.
What happens
We delete your profile, activities, health and connected-device data and revoke all platform access within 30 days. Backups are overwritten within 90 days. We keep only payment records required by accounting and tax law, without health data.
Download or correct your data
Use Profile → Privacy → Download my data, edit your profile, or email us. See the Privacy Policy.
