These terms govern the RAZA app, somosraza.com and community training and events (the “Services”), provided by PENDIENTE – Razón social (ej. RAZA S.A.S.), NIT PENDIENTE – NIT (“RAZA”). By using the Services you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. The Spanish version (Términos y condiciones) prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. Account
You must be 18+, or 14–17 with a legal guardian’s authorization. Keep your data accurate and your account secure. Accounts are personal.
2. Health
Running involves risk. Consult a health professional before starting a training plan. RAZA metrics and recommendations are for sport and wellness purposes and are not medical advice. You take part in sessions and events at your own risk.
3. Third-party integrations
You may connect third-party services such as Garmin Connect™, Strava, Apple Health or Health Connect, which are subject to their own terms. RAZA does not control them. You can disconnect them at any time. Garmin is not responsible for the RAZA Services.
4. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, impersonation, falsified activities or rankings, unauthorized access, automated scraping, or offensive content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. User content
You own what you post and grant RAZA a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the Services per your privacy settings.
6. Events and payments
Prices, capacity and cancellation terms are shown before payment. Payments are processed by third-party gateways. If RAZA cancels an event, we refund or credit the amount, at your choice. Colombian consumer law (Law 1480 of 2011) applies.
7. Intellectual property
The RAZA brand, logos, designs and software belong to RAZA or its licensors.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RAZA is not liable for indirect damages or for data provided by third-party devices or platforms.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time; see Data deletion.
